Prof. Dr. Rolf-Dieter Reineke is the founder and is serving as Managing Director of the MC2 Institute. In addition, he is Professor at the Institute of Management at the School of Business, University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW). He has vast experience in the education of management consultants, both as the Head of MBA-programs and in-company trainings. He is the Project Manager of the SwissInnovation Challenge in Switzerland and Asia. He is also Founder and Board Member of several companies in the consulting and other service sectors in Europe and Asia. Previously he had positions in various universities and consulting companies. During his 30 years of practice as a consultant, trainer and entrepreneur he worked in more than 40 countries. He published an encyclopedia about management consulting, several books and numerous articles. Prof. Reineke received his Master Degree in Economics and his Ph.D. in International Management from the University of Münster / Germany

Nicolai Andler, Associate with MC2 Institute. He works as an international management and IT consultant for the last 15 years on strategy, reorganisation, system specification, IT and business improvements.

He lectures at various tertiary education institutions in Germany, Switzerland and Vietnam (on the topic of the consulting process and change management). Nicolai Andler is also the author on a consulting and project management bestselling book in German and English as well as a change management book.

He worked for Gemini Consulting (part of Cap Gemini) and Business Systems Group. Nicolai Andler is educated as a Chemical Engineer (Dipl. - Wirtschaftsingenieur) from the Technical University of Berlin and a Masters in Management from the French Grande Ecole in Toulouse (Ecole Superieur de Commerce de Toulouse). He is further qualified as a business coach with three coaching qualifications.
